Ken Walker's third chapbook, Traces of Drains, explores the literal notion of drains via docupoetics and autobiographical collage. This abbreviated collection also ties the notion of multi-form capitalism to the concept of convenience, and Walker received grants and other funding to travel to see the Chicago sewer system, a western Kentucky PVC plant, a total-zero emissions building in the Netherlands, and other locations to explore how drains work on a global scale.
