Wisniewski\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e, an Introduction by \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan class=\"a-text-bold\"\u003eCraig Saper\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e, and a new cover and text design.
